T his walkable tour of the Mount Tabor Historic District allows visitors to experience the unique qualities of this historic community through its exuberant Victorian gingerbread porches and charming cottage gardens. As an added bonus, a limited number of house interiors will be open for viewing. This tour highlights some of Mount Tabor’s most delightful and unique “hidden gardens” and showcases a variety of garden types, plants, and settings. Sit a spell and enjoy the view from select period porches and see how they help define the character of our communit

Please join the villagers in celebrating the harvest and try your hand at apple cider pressing. There will also be an apple pie baking contest, strolling villagers, historic demonstrations, games and so much more! There will also be demonstrations of blacksmithing, carpentry, fiber arts, tinsmithing, and weaving throughout the day. The historic buildings, Pilsen Gourmet Food Truck, Bakery, and General Store will be open for you to visit.  Masks are requested upon entering the historic buildings.
