Organization of the Week: Crossroads of the American Revolution
Every Monday, I highlight a non-profit related to history or the arts, a historical society, preservation group or friends group whose main objective is to promote the historical and artistic history of New Jersey. This week, I am featuring the Crossroads of the American Revolution. Founded in 2002, the Crossroads of the American Revolution Association is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to increase awareness of the American Revolution in New Jersey. The organization promotes the preservation of open space, historical preservation, and an enhancement of economic development in New Jersey. The Association was designated by the National Park Service as the management entity responsible for the National Heritage Area.
